Our Offers

  • FLAT HIERARCHY

We are no fan of a rigid chain of command. The best work only emerges when everyone has the opportunity to contribute. Whether apprentice, shift supervisor or project manager. Every opinion counts and feeds into decision-making.

  • A Loyal Team

We are team players. Only together can we achieve the best result for our customers. We are firmly convinced of that. And because it is also enjoyable, there are many joint outings, celebrations, sports sessions in our in-house gym or a FIFA match against our managing director on the Playstation.

  • Training opportunities

Only those who keep developing stay at the front. That is why we offer all our employees a comprehensive training programme and regular career conversations in which we shape the future together.

  • Regular Working Hours

We pay attention to regulated working hours and yet offer flexible working-time models. Whenever possible, we adapt to the individual needs of our team members. Together we look after a healthy work-life balance.

What is working together like in the company?
We spend most of our day together. We want to deliver excellent projects together – and celebrate and relax together too. The feel-good factor matters to us: table football, a games console and sports equipment are ready for breaks. Appreciation is a large part of who we are. It is often the little things that count. For example, everyone receives a St Nicholas surprise. When an employee celebrates a work anniversary, we give them an extra day of leave and a bottle of wine with th
