Thomas Weiler is the managing director of the Bischoffingen-Endingen winegrowers' cooperative. He completed a classical business degree before following his heart and completing a winegrowers' apprenticeship. In our interview, he talks about how he uses a new school of thought to lead a great group of winemakers to pursue a great goal: the preservation of the Kaiserstuhl.
